JOB DESCRIPTION: Supporting attorneys and/or legal assistants. This includes managing busy calendars, coordinating meetings, interfacing with clients, both on the telephone and in person; new business intake; and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include creating, revising and formatting legal documents, spreadsheets and presentations using the Firm’s software (Microsoft Office, MyCase, West Law etc.); document comparison, transcription and proofreading. Answering phones, entering attorney time, and managing expense reimbursements along with other general secretarial duties and projects as assigned.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED and two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, real estate and guardianship.
